Our recognition process focuses on military veterans; however, we also support police, fire, paramedics, emergency services and their families. Our clients are domestic and internationally based. This makes our business hours variable as I often have to allow for varying time zones whilst conducting video interviews with people deployed on military operations in the Middle East; contractors in Afghanistan, Iraq and North Africa; expats working in Asia; veterans in the UK, Canada, USA and NZ; and a plethora of shift workers.
