Thermo Pools is 100% Australian-owned and has run the business since 1975. The business has grown since the first manufacturing set up in Tasmania over 40 years ago. Thermo Pools relocated to Queensland in 1980, and as the business grew, the Thermotube product developed and improved with CSIRO input. After ten years, Thermo Pools shifted to NSW and set up in Rouse Hill, Sydney. Retaining the manufacturing in Sydney guaranteed cost efficiencies for clients and gave Thermo Pools the liberty to deal directly with the retail market.
