Ben and myself have owned the bakery since November 2015. In this time we have always supported local as much as we can. Everything made from out the back in the bake house is sourced locally. Our flour is Manildra flour which is made down the road in narrandera. We have two shelves in the front of our bakery selling local goods like honey, oats, cold meats, pasta sauces and bbq/meat sauces. Our coffee is from Byron bay (zentveld's). We always do our homework on what we purchase as we strongly believe in Australian and local produce.
