A.S. Horne began as a glove manufacturer back in April of 1934 in Wingfield, South Australia. The company quickly became famous for producing MYJOY fashion gloves, PVC boots and plastic boots for sheep. Alexander Stainthorpe Horne ran the company as founder and managing director from 1934-1968. During the 1970s, A.S. Horne began producing protective clothing and waders. The company also saw success with its PVC non-stick boots. We became a go-to choice for waders in Australia. We continue to specialise in waders today.
